Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of BloxGuard's website, resources, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

BloxGuard is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults making household decisions. It is not directed to children, and children should not create or use a BloxGuard account. You represent that you are old enough to form a binding agreement where you live and that you will use the Service only for your own household.

BloxGuard provides parent-facing setup guidance, family-review materials, and conversation tools. It does not connect to, control, monitor, or make changes to Roblox accounts, settings, communications, or activity.

You are responsible for providing accurate account and billing information and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Please promptly notify us at team@bloxguard.madethis.app if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Paid features, prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions are shown at checkout. Unless the checkout page says otherwise, subscriptions renew at the stated interval until canceled. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the fees and taxes shown at checkout. We may change future prices or plans with advance notice where required by law; changes do not alter fees already paid for a current billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable.

The Service and all of its content are owned by BloxGuard or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This includes the BloxGuard name, logo, brand, guidance, checklists, templates, library materials, software, layouts, copy, graphics, and other content.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BloxGuard grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal household use. This license is not a sale or transfer of any ownership right. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by BloxGuard and its licensors.

You may use BloxGuard's materials to help your household prepare for and discuss its own Roblox setup and family-review routines. You may make reasonable personal household printouts or copies of templates where the Service allows it.

You may not, except where applicable law prohibits a restriction:

• copy, reproduce, publish, sell, license, rent, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its materials;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, download at scale, or otherwise extract content or data from the Service;
• modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Service or its materials;
• remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• use BloxGuard materials, data, or outputs to build, train, evaluate, benchmark, or improve a competing product, service, dataset, or model; or
• interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the Service unlawfully.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about BloxGuard, you grant BloxGuard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback solely to operate, improve, and develop BloxGuard. This does not require us to use it or to compensate you.

Please do not include private parent information, children's personal information, account credentials, or other confidential information in feedback. We do not seek ownership of your private family information, and this feedback license does not give us permission to disclose private parent information.

BloxGuard provides general, parent-facing educational and organizational resources. It is not legal, medical, mental-health, safety, security, financial, or other professional advice. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their own household decisions, supervision, conversations, settings choices, and use of Roblox or any other service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloxGuard disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security. BloxGuard does not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, complete, or suitable for every family, and does not guarantee any safety, privacy, or other outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloxGuard and its licensors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloxGuard's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid BloxGuard for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BloxGuard and its licensors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for BloxGuard or others, or if we must do so to comply with law. Upon termination, your license ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, and governing-law provisions, will survive.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last updated” date below. If you continue using the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel any subscription as applicable.

Founder/legal completion required before reliance: insert BloxGuard's legal entity name, formation jurisdiction, governing-law jurisdiction, and exclusive venue (or agreed dispute-resolution process) here after review by the founder's attorney. Until this section is completed, no governing-law or venue selection is intended by this placeholder.

Roblox and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. BloxGuard is an independent, parent-focused resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Roblox Corporation. References to Roblox are only to identify the platform that parents may choose to discuss or configure for their households.
